so even though this is the first week weigh in on this app I have actually lost a total of 5 lbs and 4 inches in a month. I feel great! I have a lot more to go but I'm getting there.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
