I have to figure out what's going on. Something on the weekends goes wrong for me. And I think it's because I don't get enough water. When I'm at work, I drink water no problem. Come Sat. and Sun. I hardly have any form of liquids at all. Then Monday mornings my weight is back up and I work all week to try to get it back down.

This weekend will be busy! It's my son's 7th birthday on Sunday. I've made a cake and will put icing on it tonight for the occasion. We also made cupcakes that he is taking to school on Monday for his friends. I hope that come Monday all the desserts will be gone! We are having a birthday party for him on Sunday by taking him and 4 friends bowling.

Well, I've done good this week in the workouts. I got some running in on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and yesterday I went skating. Today it's cold here so the plan is to do a Jillian Michaels' workout at lunch time.

Can you just keep a glass of water with you where ever you are?

I get it, what happened for me was when I quit work, the food was ALWAYS available, whereas, at work, not so much. For me it was trying to keep busy on my days off. Good luck!
