Weighing every day for awhile to track trends.
82.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week

I think that is a great plan. I have been doing that and it really helps me not feel super guilty if I have a treat one day to realize it didn't ruin everything and it lets me notice how my water intake affects my diet.
