Finally below 220! This is my lowest in a long time!
99.6 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Keld- that was the most weight I've seen shed in one day for a while now so maybe, just maybe, that indulgence helped out! :-)

Buffy-LOL I'm in the makings to choreograph a dance routine. I burned my 625 calories this morning at Zumba so as of right now, I just want to relax. I will probably get up and turn on the ipod pretty soon though so don't worry- there will be some booty shakin in the Sundblade house.
