getting hopeful I can actually lose weight again ; ) this makes 6.6 lbs. Weighed myself in. the morning, so % fat/water supposedly inaccurate, but this morning I finally saw a definite change- 40% bc, 41.4% water
75.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
