So skipping breakfast yesterday paid off. Now to survive Chipotle for lunch today. Will be alright as I'm going to have soup for dinner!

As you probably already know, I have changed my eating to just 2 meals per day. Mostly it's Breakfast and Dinner, skipping lunch, since I usually have so many back to back clients and trying to fit in lunch is a real chore. I've done the 2 meal a day thing about 12 days of the past 14 days when I started this new experiment. So far, I've lost 8 lbs in 14 days. A pretty successful experiment and part of my new regular routine as I change my relationship with food.
