So made it through Tuesday without deviating too much from plan and back down a pound. 7 to my B-day Goal with 2 weeks left. I'm going to make it!
123.6 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 48.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

one day you will realize the weekend junk is not worth starting over and over it is so much easier to stay the coarse.. and feel so proud you have done so.. but yep... you can do this ..almost there... good luck
