The past week had been very exhusting. I am however grateful that my husband has decided to join me in living a more healthier lifestyle. He has not brought any fast foods or junk food into the house. Yea, for clean eating!!!
86.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
