Down a bit again which works. I now need to work on not giving in to my cravings since I know I am down a bit I tend to say a bite of this won't hurt me but we all know it does. I would like to be around 223 at the end of the month that is my goal for the month. I know if I put my mind to it I could do better but I also know losing weight is a slow processes and if I rush it I will blow it.
