Good for you for trying again. But don't start with disappointment in yourself. Start with a positive outlook, you can do it this time, you are determined, you will do what needs to be done. You will have ups and downs, as we all do, but in the end, you need to support YOURSELF with positive self-talk and encouragement! You CAN do it!
