Ok, so I gained .8 lbs for this week. I'm ok with that because I am supposed to be at that time of the month this week, so I am a little bloated, but most importantly - my morning body fat was 26.3%!!! It hasn't been that in a while. Last night when I weighed, I just wanted to see, and I was at 152 (which is normal at the end of the day) and at 21.2% bodyfat. And I haven't seen that number in a long time! This may mean that I am exchanging fat for muscle, which I can accept, as long as some number is moving.
