as of 7:08am this morning. I decided to cut out even the low-carb/protein bread from the clinic and other "indulgences"...I'm tired of feeling lethargic and pissy every-time I get to much into me.
Oddly, there is a part of the mind that looks at this from a 'third person' perspective (live a scientist studying a germ)and see's the patterns, the action/reaction my system goes through when the ravenous glutton "hulks-out", it's time I started listening to that nerd again.
