Another 1.5 weight loss. Yahoo!!!! Only two more lbs til my 2nd goal. Today is my oldest son birthday. he is 4 years old. here to a great day.

71.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg. Still to go: 7.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
