Went to ANOTHER drs appt. for food allergies *sighs* but the upside is I've lost weight (same scale) hope this trend lasts

90.4 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg. Still to go: 24.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.7 kg a Week

Oh no! Allergies are getting so prevalent these days, hopefully they will start to pass over time.
