I am a 36 year old mother of 2, my 16 year marriage ended in 2012 and with that came antidepressants and serious weight gain. I quit smoking and drinking cold turkey that year and recently became a vegetarian. With all these accomplished goals I figured it would be easy to lose weight right? Well no it isn't but here I am on the horse again so hopefully I conquer this last heath goal.
