I am gonna have to start watching myself, I am wanting to cheat badly. I did have a egg mcmuffin for breakfast this morning because I was craving it and it is only 9 points and I have been doing 7 to 8 points every morning anyway. But I know me and I have to rein myself in because cheating is a slope I don't want to get on this early in my new lifestyle. My worst time for craving is at night when I am not busy so I know its just boredom and I need to start filling this time with activity. I have to keep reminding myself my own worst enemy is myself and stick to my plan.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had 2 egg mcmuffins awhile ago but menu showed it was 300 calories each so I just logged two and limited the rest of my calories for the day. No worries. No guilt. You got this!
