Bummer on the weigh in; can't see what I did wrong. Oh well back to the drawing board. I thought that last Monday's was a bit much of a drop.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
