I've been trying really hard lately to make sure that I am not reaching a plateau, doing everything I can to break it if it's coming on. Body's been craving quite a lot lately, and I'm not sure if it's due to oncoming pre-TOM or not, but I've been compromising. I give just a little bit of what I'm craving, and it generally subsides without leaving me grumpy.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

i've been doing the same thing. and if i can't get over that craving, or wanting more of it, i find that brushing my teeth helps change my mind's direction pretty quickly. :)
