ah! over 400 carbs and i still lost weight? this has to be a lie because phil and the rest of the lchf people tell me NO carbs to lose weight. blah carbs

Sure, but if you look up any SENSIBLE diet plan, most experts agree you still need a tiny bit of EVERYTHING for a diet to really work. Hence it being LOW carb, high fat, not NO carb, high fat.

please!don't tell me someone tracking some pathetic 5 carbs off some sugary creamer is a " sensible' diet plan.
