Well here I am again. I basically regained everything. life has been pretty crappy over this past year.

while I am working out with les mills combat 5 days a week, I'm eating like crap. so here we go again.

I will fight and stick with this to get back down. I will. 2017 will be better.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Queen I did the same thing I took a lot off and thought I did not have to pay attention and in 4 months it was all back on, now I am back here also. We can do this.

i'm in the same boat. had surgery in january and it's been down hill ever since. 2017 will be a better year for sure!
