I made spaghetti out of whole wheat noodles and sauce with no sugar. It was really good.
For lunch I had a sandwich with lunchmeat (ham)
Need to drink more water.
Also had coffee.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
