Lost a pound. Did things a little different this week. Went REALLY low carb, as in little to no carbs the last three days. I had noticed my fat had gotten lower so made sure to get it higher, like when I first started LCHF. Kept cals the same, ate 2 meals. Maybe just needed to "shake things up" with my food....I don't know, but I WILL take it!
65.3 kg Lost so far: 59.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good job 😊 Make sure you get your low carb veggies in 'tho! I've been averaging 15g/day with 10g of that veggies, 70-85g fat & 45-60g protein since 11-1-16. My water intake daily is between 80-100oz. LCHF is the way to go!

tlschwenn, yes I had been eating mostly meat and veg but I noticed my fat intake had dropped and thought maybe I needed a "kick" to change things up! I very much missed my veggies, especially brussells sprouts!
