Meh changes have happened recently in the past month or so and well stress eating regardless you weight or size will creep up and put weight on you. Things will settle down though hopefully soon with the ex husband and I'll get back on target and stop eating the evil Doritos and stop stress eating. I know I will with the help of my wonderful hubby Mitch :) Now just to get off my butt and exercise...LOL
69.7 kg Lost so far: 39.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
