Went to Dr for official weigh in said come back ant time. Gonna weigh in on Friday like I did first time I lost all my weight
187.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe that is your lucky day! Not sure if you have ever read "Good Calories and Bad Calories" by Gary Taubes, or seen the movie (free online, about 60 min's.) called "FatHead"... but both of those would be a great place to start. I am truly concerned at the amount of low fat, low calorie, sugar free, ridiculously processed stuff you eat. You are not eating nearly the calories, or protein needed for a man your size. And you need to eat... to lose.

I think weighing in at the doctor's office is a great idea... going each week builds accountability with the people there - they'll ask how you're doing each week, and cheer you on as you lose weight each week!
