Goal number 1 was achieved this morning. Out of the 180's....again. I don't set weight loss goals because it's doesn't come off with the thyroid meds I am on so I just put I wanted out of the 180's as my goal. My other goals I set really high. I was basing them off where I was in July when I got off track. When I got my current In-Body results I was blown away by how much I had lost. My other goals were to have my visceral fat at 11, body fat % at 32% and total Body Fat Mass at 25. December 20 I will finally be able to see how I am progressing on these goals.
81.4 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am in a similar boat with thyroid medication... keep it up. :)

I hear you. I love seeing the "middle number" change. I just started thyroid meds for a slow thyroid. I am hoping it helps with the weight loss.

I take thyroid meds, too. Be sure to see a good endocrinologist who will treat the T4 and T3 hormones - there are medications for both. It made a huge difference for me!
