Ran trail yesterday... well more of a run walk but I've got to get back to running it all. I feel so good when I do. Today's my day off but I might try to get in a 5 miler just on the flat ground today after work. I'm pretty sore from yesterday so we'll see. Ski trip at end of Feb. Need to have legs ready for that!

Lost another pound acording to the scale but I won't actually consider it a weight loss until I see the number after three to four weeks. I really really really am hoping to be back in the 150s by the end of the month.

Goals:
end of Jan - 159 lbs
end of Feb - 149 lbs

How to get there - exercise, keep cals down and drink WATER WATER WATER.

Considering sandmand triathalon in September. Also have eyes set on Shamrock Half in March but haven't committed to it yet. We'll see how much training I can get in before now and then. I just want to feel healthy again.
