yesterday I try to stay away of having too much fat, I had only a big meal for the whole. It worked well so I'm trying to do same thing today and tomorrow.
56 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
