Week 3 of the Body Transformation Challenge is almost over and I must say I am proud of myself for recording everything I ate the first 2 1/2 weeks and sticking to plan.
81.9 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
