21 days, that's what I'm aiming for this time around. I want to knock off a few pounds before Thanksgiving. I'm going to aim for 20 net carbs a day and minimum 20 minutes of exercise. I can do that. I am going to allow for one glass of wine a week. I'll be very careful to milk it!! I'm going to try to get in the exercise during lunch but I need to better prepare so I have lunch ready to go. It may be a two shake day today.
65.5 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
