Getting back into my better eating habits - and just about back to where I was before the holidays.

Trying to get life around me organized so that I feel better both physically and emotionally.

I hope this weekend to take a walk with my family or even just get on the treadmill for a few minutes.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
