I was away at a conference so I didn't do well eating. I did exercise 2 of the 4 days but it was a minimal effort. Hoping to be back down to 142 by Friday. Let's see if no alcohol will help me. It normally does, then I have a few drinks over the weekend and boom, back up to 145 on Monday. No alcohol all week, back to 142 Friday...and repeat process. Guess I'm going to have to go hard core nothing for a while to get past this weight to try to get down to my goal weight. Its just I don't feel like trying anymore. So tired of deprivation but equally tired of being overweight. Depending on my mood determines whether I drink and eat carbs or not. I just have such a hard time reconciling myself to a life with no carbs.
