Stabilized weight gain and now to get my body to exercise. Maybe I am going about this the wrong way. Motivation - Motivation - Motivation. Supporters?
145.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I don't know if you have any physical limitations or not, but just commit to do what you can for exercise. Do what you can, don't over-do it, and keep doing it day by day. Do more as you are able to. You'll likely find that it'll get easier over time as you get used to it and build strength and endurance.
