Well I've been sick as a dog for the last month and that may be why the weight loss. Who knows!
I'm feeling better now. Not completely but at least back at work after a month of being off...with no pay I might add.
Glad to be at my goal weight...as bittersweet as it is.
I'll keep you all posted and hopefully I can stay in the same area weight wise.
