Water Fast Day #4 FAT = 27% BMI = 22.3% I have 1.5 Small traces of ketosis this morning, I didn't see the ketostix so dark since forever now! The water fast journey is going well so far, I don't feel generally hungry but definitely with less energy than usual. I'm expecting to have even less energy than now going forward. One thing I noticed that my smells are more sensitive now, I don't have headaches anymore for the coffee withdrawal which is good. Fortunately the long weekend is coming so I will take the opportunity to rest a bit.
