I've been neglecting my duties of adding my food and exercise to FS. With it being October tomorrow, I hope that I can get back at being more diligent in adding and get back on track.

I did a workout today on lunch break with a coworker. She is into HIIT. When I do a workout with this girl, I think to myself I'm never going to be able to get through this. But then I think what you put into it, is what you get out of it, or something along those lines! And then in no time, the workout is over and I've survived. I've been working out with this coworker since May. I've noticed that I am getting my strength in my arms and legs. I am also running a couple of days a week too. My hubby is adding insulation to our garage and we hope to create a workout spot. My treadmill and rowing machine will be set up along with some free weights. I'm looking forward to it as it would be nice to come home and be able to do a quick workout.

Any way, have a good weekend buddies.

Cool Aggie, good luck on the reset, exercise progress and home workout area...home gyms are great, time effective and convenient. I only go to a real gym when we are traveling, it's interesting watching how some folks "work out".

That home gym sounds great - I hope it works out well for you. I am now going to aquafit but also have a home gym. It's wonderful to be able to workout on command - no driving anywhere.
