Some of the weight gain over my vacation was simply water. With the 2 lbs of weight loss today, which was primarily water, my percentage fat went back up to 39% which is normal for me. This makes sense. Somehow the water diluted my fat percentage reading. Now I'm finding it hard to get back on track after 2 weeks of really enjoying my food. It was delicious. Sooo...now the hard work resumes. Overall I'm pleased though. The weight gain could have been worse.
74.0 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I struggle with the fat percentage on my scale continuously - what has been encouraging though is that I have seen a consistent lower percentage with lower weight - I hope that happens for you too!

My percentage fat has been dropping with weight loss. This is good. Its another helpful marker in measuring fat loss. Ideally it needs to come down a lot more. Cheers
