Well haven't really been counting my calories, just practicing mindful eating... Haven't lost weight in forever! But unloaded a lot of stress and anger I was feeling towards my partner and started working things out and few weeks later- tada! Starting to loose again. Just goes to show how much my emotional state effects my eating habits.
92.8 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Stress and anger are great producers of cortisol, which is a fat storage hormone. Resolve the cortisol issues, the weight can come off. Well done!
