I feel a bit better today with my stomach but still no ketosis this morning.
I was checking the unsweetened almond milk sodium content and seems very high even though calories are not that much, I should reduce my salt
60.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
