Need to workout more. I am not exercising enough. . . .
89.8 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just make sure you're working out for the right reasons! Working out to lose weight is not as effective as working out to be healthy.
