I've been so busy with work I haven't been able to track my food or workouts. I'm starting a new health, weight and nutrition program that a friend of mine has develop as a part of her test group. I'm looking forward to this program. This will help me to regain my focus on my health and wellness and not get so consumed with work.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
