Hoffner's Journal, 04 Sep 16

Tomorrow is the day I get serious again. Walking for exercise and keeping a food journal are two things I MUST do to be successful. My goal is to drop 3 lbs. next week and I know it can be done if I stick to my program. I must not forget the saying,"Nothing taste as good as thin feels"!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
