I cant stop snacking.Running has caused my appetite to overshoot.I'm only running 10k for now,and i wonder whats going to happen when I graduate to the half marathon phase.As much as Ive fallen in love with running the constant eating is a hindrance.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 24.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.5 kg a Week

Thats the bodies natural response it obviously needs more carbs to replenish its stores try eating oats and brown rice those really help especially because the are low GI and add a lot of protein to the mix so every time you feel like snacking drinking a protein shake instead. good luck!!

Andro, I remember years ago when I did weight training, 90 minutes a day, six days a week. I ate more than I have ever eaten and still lost weight.
