@PL Heard. And the hcG Diet is particularly daunting because the deficit can be so painful and the expectations are so high. I found myself getting pissed if I wasn't losing a pound a day, which point of view was reinforced by my coach and experience forum participants. Biggest mistake I made was allowing that mindset to inform slacking... #grindtime
