Sadly I have done very bad at obtaining my goals. Been procrastinating coming back on here. Partly because I am in the middle of beating myself up and regrets at the overindulgence's I have been doing. Thought that maybe I would get started working out this week but have had some set backs which cause me to eat more. I know that I want to be healthy! I want to feel better about myself and there is only one way, exercise and making healthy eating choices. I am going to try and get back on the horse. One thing about guilt it sure keeps you where you DON'T want to be. Thanks for reading my rant. I know what I need to do. Working on finding the motivation. :)
