Well, I guess I got caught up in the hustle and bustle of the holidays, because I haven't been recording my food or my exercise. However, I still managed to lose 4 oz!! I was really concerned about gaining because I did cheat a little on the eating. I had a nice sized helping of Sweet Potatoes and I had some Chocolate Chip cookies and I ate tortilla chips w/ Buffalo Chicken dip. And I think I may have popped a few Peanut M&M's in my mouth, too. So, all in all, I am satisfied with how I did over the Christmas Holiday! No weight gain is always good, right? And . . . if you lose, even a few ounces, that's a plus!! :)
