Been craving pasta, so found a use for all my zucchini I have coming in, and made some zucchini pasta with tomato sauce last night. It was amazing, I know have a new favorite (carb freindly) meal. Lucky my garden is in full swing producing more zucchini then I know what to do with an the tomatoes just started ripening up.
