Starting back on track today! I'm on staycation for 5 days, I'm going to lose 5 pounds (of water) with Atkins induction phase in these 5 days. 189 by Monday 8/22.
This is Phase 1 of the KT4-DIET I'm working on. So here goes.
88.2 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
