Ankle is feeling better since almost breaking it. Getting back on the spin bike and strengthening my ankle. Can't quite do Lunges or jump yet. Should come with time.
129.2 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 38.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
