Took some Thermo CLA from GNC to get that fat burning started... And I changed my eating 6 times a day to eating 3 times a day and 2 snacks. Lets see how I look, I do feel great!
54.3 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
