My weight is fluctuating 2-5 pounds. TOday is on the lower side. Had a wonderful weekend. Came back to huge work load. Stealing time to check in. I am lurking even if I do not comment. Too much thought needed to come up with something pithy and witty. Serenity NOW!

54.9 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
